At Great Brook Veterinary Clinic, we treat every animal like members of our own family. Since 1993, our veterinary clinic has provided high-quality services for dogs, cats, and domestic pets in Antrim, NH.


Patient Form
If you are a new client with us, we invite you to complete your pet’s patient form prior to arrival!
COVID Protocol
For everyone’s safety, we are not allowing people in the clinic at this time.
Flea and tick prevention, medication refills, and prescription foods can be ordered and paid for over the phone, and we will place them on the porch for pick up during our open hours.
If your pet needs to be seen, you can check in over the phone from the parking lot after you arrive. When the tech comes out to get your pet, you must be wearing a mask. All communication with the doctor and reception will be over the phone. Please have your cell phone ready to receive calls. Please make sure your dog’s collar or harness fits properly and that your cat carrier is secure.
Wait times can be long. We appreciate your patience. Our phone lines are often all in use, if you get the voicemail message, just call again. We do not have time to check the voicemail messages regularly.
Please, if you are sick, have been in any high-risk areas, or have had any contact with someone who is sick, wait to bring your pet. In general, to benefit the community, if something can wait, please wait.
